Grand Opening held on August 2nd!

The Grand Opening of the Pine Valley Business Center located at 2429 Hwy 17 in Phelps, WI was Saturday, August 2nd from 10 am to 4 pm. A ribbon cutting ceremony was also held at 11:30 am. Owners Jim and Jesica Retzleff invited the public to tour their new multi-tenant complex and enjoy refreshments. The new business center has five office spaces for lease which have access to high speed internet and include hydronic heating and highway business sign space with monthly lease price.

Boundary Waters Plumbing, LLC also owned by Jim Retzleff will be leasing one of the units that includes offices, shop area, conference room and plumbing showroom. Another office and fabrication facility is leased to Rob Fisher of Fisher's First In Counters. Fisher's specializes in Solid Surface, Granite, Marble, and Quartz custom counter tops. At Boundary Water's new office: 

• A showroom will enable us to give you as the customer a hands on feel to many plumbing fixtures, color samples and literature.
• Our new office will allow for a conference room enabling you as the customer, your building contractor and our plumber to meet and discuss your project.
• Our new facility will also allow sales of plumbing materials such as fittings, pipe and fixtures for your do-it-yourself plumbing projects.
